Big Bang cancels anticipated guerrilla concert

Article: Why Big Bangs guerrilla concert cancellation is so disappointing

Source: Sports Seoul via Naver

1. [+3,149, -85] Can Korean fans please get a concert thats meant for just us? Cant we get a nationwide tour or some fan meets? I know that theyre too big for tours and stuff but isnt it about time in their careers that they focus on their fans on smaller stages too?

2. [+2,504, -55] Please think of the Korean fans ?????

3. [+2,391, -138] YG has to be insane. Theyre the ones who linked the news of the guerrilla concert on their official Twitter, why are they saying theyre canceling it because it was leaked? Do they think us fans are fools? Everyone knows that OSEN articles = official YG articles so why lie about something they never even planned on doing? Please let Big Bang go from your company.

4. [+1,916, -79] Ridiculous that YGs doing this when theyre reliant on Big Bangs income

5. [+1,896, -120] I doubt YG had any intention of going through with it, theyre just acting like they had to cancel it...

6. [+357, -5] Psy pulled off his guerrilla concert just fine with 100,000 people at the city hall square

7. [+367, -10] Once they leave for the army, we wont be able to see them for such a long time. Would it kill YG to let them promote in Korea and do a few fan meets? For all the time theyre spending overseas instead ??? I know that they make so much more money over there but its the Korean fans and their success in Korea that brought them to this point in their career. Its unfair that were getting the short end of the stick because they make less money here.

8. [+300, -5] Please be more considerate of the Korean VIPs, this is so frustrating

YG denies rumors of Big Bang enlisting together

Article: [Exclusive] Big Bang to enlist together?... members agree to minimize hiatus

Source: Sports Donga via Nate

1. [+657, -28] Im most curious about whether GD will serve active duty or not

2. [+647, -44] GD and TOP are 100% going to serve in public service

3. [+437, -23] Every man in Korea must serve in the army but celebrities get praise for going active duty but even then some do all they can to get out of that

4. [+33, -5] Why do I feel like GD doesnt match army service at all ???? I want to see him in service

5. [+22, -2] I bet Big Bangs army hiatus will be shorter than the hiatus between their albums ???????????

1. [+2,681, -45] Yeah, please just enlist all together if you guys are going. Weve waited hiatuses of three years even though it wasnt for the army so we can handle it ??

2. [+1,776, -43] Yeah, that seems like a good idea ??

3. [+1,653, -35] They have to serve anyway so they might as well enlist together and cut down on the hiatus for their fans... It seems like a good idea but it did seem like their CEO wanted them to serve separately which would take 10 years before the group is whole again ?? I hope the members push with their decision to serve together

4. [+1,116, -34] I can wait so dont worry and serve ??

5. [+210, -6] Big Bang rarely promotes on TV anyway so a hiatus of a year and 8 months probably wont even feel like a hiatus to fans ??

Article: YG, "Big Bang will not be enlisting as 5... GD and Taeyang have solo plans next year"

Source: Star News via Nate

1. [+186, -6] Itd be so much better to just enlist together and cut down on hiatus

2. [+164, -18] Whatever the case, I think GD will be in public service no matter what

3. [+47, -6] Just send them all together. It might suck at first but its the fastest way to make the group whole and promoting together again. Thats why YG shouldve paid more attention to supporting rookie talent instead of relying on Big Bang so much. Look at SM, TVXQ makes up a bulk of their income but they have so many more stars to rely on that TVXQ could enlist at the same time.

4. [+11, -4] If they all enlist in active duty together, itll do so much for improving their image and cut down on the hiatus time before theyre whole again. You only serve once, why not make it the best?

5. [+7, -0] I wonder how much theyre hating having to serve right now ???

1. [+1,236, -7] They have long hiatuses anyway, why cant they all serve during?

2. [+565, -7] What the.. this is a mess of communication

3. [+414, -9] ????????

4. [+307, -20] They have to serve anyway, just go at the right time~~~ but I did hear from others with experience that enlisting at the same time with your friends is not a good idea, it usually puts a dent in your friendship..

5. [+151, -6] I can see why YG wouldnt want them to... their main income will be cut off ?
