Turbo
I took Matthew to the cinema this morning to see Turbo, a new animated film which features a super-fast racing snail! Hes wanted to see the film ever since he saw the trailer in the summer when we went to see Monsters University and Planes, and I also thought it looked like a fun film. We werent disappointed - although it was even more far-fetched than most animated films, it was very enjoyable. Matthew was really well behaved and didnt talk through the film at all, or even need a toilet break.
Wed meant to see the film last weekend but I wasnt well, and I had then planned on going yesterday but Matthew was ill on Friday and still recovering yesterday, so we ended up going this morning instead. It did mean we couldnt watch it in 3D, as it was only showing in 2D this morning, but Matthew didnt mind. He did manage to sit through the trailer for Walking With Dinosaurs this time without getting scared, which may have been due to the lack of 3D.
