Book
Matthew came home from school today with his first reading book. He has finally mastered all of the letters and sounds in his letter book, which he was given at the start of the year (Welsh letters - he mastered English a while ago), so he can now begin to start reading books. His first reading book is very basic and only includes four words to start, which after some prompting he already seemed to recognise this evening.
Update 22/6/13: Matthew has already read the whole book himself, although Im not sure if hes done part of it from memory. He also recognised the Argos shop today from the logo, which hes seen on the catalogue, which again could be partly reading and partly colour / shape recognition.
