Matthew had new trainers fitted today - when the assistant first measured his feet using the electronic gauge it showed the left and right foot being a whole size different, but the assistant was suspicious as the machine had been playing up and so resorted to the old manual method. His feet are now 11F, and unfortunately none of the sale trainers were in stock in that size (including the Jack Nano trainers Matthew originally wanted), so Matthew had a choice of four non-sale pairs. After trying on all four and running round at the instruction of the assistant, he chose a pair of Stomposaurus trainers in blue, complete with flashing dinosaur lights, similar to the shoes he had a while ago.
