117½cm
Matthew has grown again. I measured him against his height chart today, and he is now 117½cm. He was very excited when I told him, and ran downstairs to tell Louise.
Yesterday Matthew attended a wedding for the first time. We took him and Daniel to Cardiff for Louises cousins wedding and there were plenty of children there, although mostly of the baby variety. Matthew was the eldest, and didnt behave too badly, although did climb underneath the table during the reception meal when his tummy hurt! He also became very excited to stay up "after dark" and was eager to run around outside in the dark during the break between the reception meal and the party afterwards. Although he slept during the journey home, he woke when we arrived and was also excited to see that he was going to bed after 11:30pm. In a very generous gesture, gifts were left on all the childrens seats in the reception, and Matthew was left a model train set which Louise put together for him this morning.
